How to change the functionality of the pages on a similar?

There are two pages on the site that you want to change. On one of them all the added touch of a button and everything works fine(http://uado.org.ua/press-center/news) on the second page you need to add all the hands and every last unit to transfer to the next page(http://uado.org.ua/press-center/press). How do they have the same functionality? From the creator of the site there is no connection. thanks in advance

Can you explain this more clearly? What do you want to achieve?

on the page (/ press) I need to connect the module is the same as on the page (of News). New content is added to a whole unit instead of writing it by hands (h2, br, p)
