how ccan I add relevant link to Facebook and Twitter icons on bottom of the every page?

For that you can use the content blocks module. Just put those links in a content block and assign that content block to every page.

I mean predifined icons in theme

Find some social sharing icon images and go to your theme's template folder and edit footer.tpl. Add some relevant html code with anchor tag wrapped around the image. If you need detailed help, just ask
