500 Server Error after installing an changing theme

Hey guys,

i was just installing, editing and playing around with some themes and suddently fork throws a 500 Server Error at me, but only in the backend and only when i try to go to "settings/themes".

right before is installed the theme "panakeia" uninstalled it and installed it again.

Any ideas what i´m doing wrong? Thanks a lot
